Licence and safety
Bethall is run by Casolinia Group (Casino.guru and other review sites agree). Its licence is unverified: most review sites list an Anjouan licence, but we could not find it in a regulator’s register, and Casino.guru says it holds no gambling licence (checked 9 October 2026). Older reviews also mention a Costa Rica registration or the Marshall Islands. None of these offers the protection of regulators such as the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority.
