Southampton travel to Goodison Park in Everton on Saturday the 14th of August for each team’s first game of the new Premier League season.
Everton had a fairly tame pre-season campaign this summer, welcoming various South American opposition to Goodison Park in the form of Millonarios from Colombia and U.N.A.M from Mexico, beating both in a three-day period. Everton then visited Old Trafford where they were beaten 4-0 by Manchester United.
