Falling Wilds re-spins

When the Pegasus wild lands, it moves down one position and the reels re-spin for free, repeating until the wild falls off the bottom. If another wild lands in the space behind it, the Wild on Wild feature expands it to fill the whole reel.

Free spins

Three, four or five scatters award 5, 8 or 12 free spins. During free spins, every wild expands to cover its whole reel, so big line wins are much more common.

How do you win the Divine Fortune jackpots?

Three or more gold coin symbols trigger the jackpot game. You start with three spins on reels containing only coins, collecting as many as you can. Fill one row for the Minor Jackpot (20x your bet), two for the Major (100x) and all three for the progressive Mega Jackpot.

How much of Divine Fortune’s RTP goes to the jackpot?

About 4.2% of everything the game pays back. Of the 96.59% RTP, 4.07 points feed the progressive Mega Jackpot and 92.52% comes back through line wins, free spins and the bonus game. So 4.07 ÷ 96.59 = 4.2%. We worked out what that split means over 1,000 spins.

Stake per spinTotal stakedAverage back at 96.59%Part that feeds the Mega poolAverage loss if you don’t win the Mega
$0.20$200$193.18$8.14$14.96
$1$1,000$965.90$40.70$74.80
$5$5,000$4,829.50$203.50$374.00

If you don’t win the Mega, 92.52% is the better guide to what comes back. At $1 a spin, that is an average loss of about $74.80 per 1,000 spins rather than $34.10.

We also turned the published frequencies into counts per 1,000 spins: about 203 winning spins (20.33% hit rate), 71 Falling Wilds re-spins (1 in 14), 7.4 jackpot bonus games (1 in 135) and 3.3 free spins rounds (1 in 299). These are long-run averages, and short sessions vary a lot.

Tips

  • Treat the progressive jackpot as a bonus, not the goal: it’s rare.
  • The Falling Wilds re-spins are the main source of base game wins.
  • Check the current Mega Jackpot amount in the game before you play.

How does Divine Fortune compare with Mega Moolah and Wolf Gold?

Divine Fortune sits between a normal slot and a big progressive. Its Mega Jackpot is progressive, so it grows over time, but the game also pays in normal play and has a 96.59% RTP. Mega Moolah is the opposite: a much bigger jackpot that starts in the millions, but a low base-game RTP. Wolf Gold has only fixed jackpots, with a 1,000x Mega.

Who Divine Fortune suits

It suits players who want a jackpot chance without giving up a fair everyday return. The Falling Wilds re-spins keep the base game active, and the 600x cap in normal play means the progressive is the only route to a life-changing win. If you want the biggest possible jackpot and accept a low RTP, Mega Moolah is the better fit; if you want steady play, choose a slot with fixed jackpots.

How we checked this

  • Divine Fortune’s January 2017 release, 5×3 grid with 20 lines, 96.59% RTP, 600x max in normal play, 5, 8 or 12 free spins, Minor (20x) and Major (100x) jackpots, 20.33% hit rate and the 1 in 14, 1 in 135 and 1 in 299 feature rates: SlotCatalog and OLBG.
  • The split of the RTP into 92.52% plus 4.07% for the Mega Jackpot: OLBG and Gambling.com.
  • Our maths: the jackpot share of the RTP, the cost of 1,000 spins with and without the Mega, and the feature counts per 1,000 spins are our own calculation.

Last checked: 13 October 2026, when we worked out the jackpot share of the RTP and the cost of 1,000 spins ourselves and checked the other figures against at least two independent sources.
