UltraGambler earns a commission if you sign up through some links on this page. It never changes our ratings. 18+. How we make money
Quick verdict: Aviator is Spribe’s crash game: a plane takes off, a multiplier climbs, and you have to cash out before it flies away. It has a 97% RTP, rounds last seconds, and you can place two bets at once. No strategy beats the 3% house edge, but understanding how the game works, using auto cash-out and playing at a casino that pays out quickly makes a real difference to your experience.

How does Aviator work?
Each round starts with a short betting window. When it closes, a small red plane takes off and a multiplier starts at 1.00x and climbs. At a random moment the plane flies away and the round ends. If you cash out before that, you win your bet multiplied by the multiplier at that moment. If you don’t, you lose your bet.
That’s the whole game. Some rounds end almost instantly at 1.00x, most end at low multipliers, and occasionally the plane keeps climbing to very high numbers. Because everyone in the round sees the same flight, you can also watch other players’ bets and cash-outs live.

How to play Aviator, step by step
- Choose your stake in the bet panel during the countdown. You can open a second panel to place two bets in the same round.
- Press Bet before the round starts. Bets placed after take-off go into the next round.
- Watch the multiplier climb and press Cash Out when you’re happy with it. Your winnings are your stake times the multiplier shown.
- Or set auto cash-out at a target such as 1.50x or 2.00x, and the game cashes out for you if the plane reaches it.
Aviator RTP and odds: what 97% really means
Aviator’s RTP is 97%, so over a very large number of bets it pays back $97 for every $100 wagered. The 3% house edge applies whatever multiplier you aim for, which is why no cash-out target is “better” in the long run. A low target such as 1.20x wins often but pays little; a high target such as 10x wins rarely but pays a lot. Both lose about 3% of what you bet over time.
Because every round is independent, past results don’t predict the next one. A run of early crashes doesn’t make a high multiplier “due”.
Why does every Aviator cash-out target lose the same 3%?
We worked this out from the 97% RTP alone. If the game pays back 97% whatever target you choose, the chance that the plane reaches a target must be 0.97 ÷ target. Your average return on a $1 bet is then the chance times the payout: (0.97 ÷ target) x target = $0.97. The target cancels out, so every target loses the same 3 cents per $1 on average.
| Auto cash-out target | Chance the plane reaches it (0.97 ÷ target) | Average return per $1 |
|---|---|---|
| 1.20x | 80.8% | $0.97 |
| 1.50x | 64.7% | $0.97 |
| 2.00x | 48.5% | $0.97 |
| 3.00x | 32.3% | $0.97 |
| 10x | 9.7% | $0.97 |
| 100x | 0.97% | $0.97 |
So a 2x target wins slightly less than half the time, not half. The cost adds up with the number of bets: $1 on each of 100 rounds is $100 staked, and 3% of $100 is about $3 lost on average. Play two bets a round and you stake twice as much, so you can expect to lose about twice as much. Spribe does not publish the full crash-point table, so treat these chances as what a 97% RTP implies, not as official figures.
Do Aviator strategies work?
- Use auto cash-out. It removes hesitation, which is where most players lose: waiting “just a bit longer” and watching the plane leave.
- Try the two-bet approach. Many players set one bet to cash out early (say 1.5x) and let the second ride. It smooths out results but doesn’t change the house edge.
- Keep stakes small and fixed. Rounds are fast, so a budget can disappear quickly. Decide your session limit before you start.
- Avoid Martingale. Doubling after every loss works until a losing streak hits the table limit or your balance, and in a game this fast that happens sooner than you’d expect.
- Ignore “predictor” apps and signals. Each round’s result is generated in advance and locked by cryptography, so no app can predict it. These apps are scams that usually want your login details or a fee. More in why Aviator predictors don’t work.

Is Aviator fair?
Aviator uses a provably fair system. Each round’s result is created from a server seed, which is fixed and shown as a hash before the round, and seeds from the first three players to bet in that round. After the round you can check the result yourself. That means neither the casino nor Spribe can change a round once bets are placed. Our guide on how to verify an Aviator game hash shows you how to check it yourself.

Where to play Aviator
Aviator is available at hundreds of online casinos, so the deciding factors are bonus value and how quickly you get paid. Our pick is 1win (9.9/10): it has Aviator, Lucky Jet and other crash games, a 500% welcome package over four deposits, and our crypto withdrawal arrived in 15 minutes. For more options, see our list of the best crash gambling sites.
Aviator isn’t available everywhere. In Great Britain, for example, it was pulled from casinos after the Gambling Commission suspended Spribe’s licence in October 2025 over hosting rules. The suspension was lifted on 30 March 2026, but the game had not returned to UK casinos in the weeks that followed. Check your local laws before you play.
How do you play Aviator at 1win?
Open the 1win casino, search “Aviator”, set your stake and press Bet before the round starts. It’s the real Spribe game, with the same 97% RTP and provably fair rounds as everywhere else.
- Sign up at 1win and enter promo code Ultragambler. Our 1win registration guide shows each step.
- Make a deposit. See the 1win minimum deposit for the cheapest methods.
- Search “Aviator” in the casino lobby. You can place one or two bets per round and set an auto cash-out multiplier.
- Cash out before the plane flies away, then withdraw with crypto for the fastest payout (ours took 15 minutes). See the 1win withdrawal guide.
On your phone: Aviator is inside the 1win Android app and mobile site, so you don’t need a separate “Aviator app”. Avoid Aviator APKs from other websites; see our 1win app guide. Bonus: 1win’s welcome package is released through casino slot play under rules that vary by country, so Aviator may not count towards it; check the bonus terms in your account and our 1win promo code guide. Predictors: apps and Telegram channels that claim to predict 1win Aviator rounds don’t work; read why Aviator predictors fail.
Play responsibly
Crash games are fast and easy to keep playing. If you notice you’re chasing losses or playing longer than planned, take a break and use your casino’s limit tools. Our article on Aviator addiction covers the warning signs.
How we checked this
- Aviator is made by Spribe, came out in 2019, has a 97% RTP and usually takes bets from 0.10 to 100: SlotCatalog and Crash-Games.net.
- The top multiplier is given as 1,000,000x by some sources and as uncapped by others, so we show both: Sportsbet.io and SlotCatalog.
- Each round uses a server seed plus seeds from the first three players to bet: Planet Sport and GamblingCalc.
- Spribe’s British licence was suspended on 30 October 2025 and the suspension was lifted on 30 March 2026: Gambling Commission and Casinos.com.
- Our maths: the chance of reaching each cash-out target, and the 3% average loss on every target, is our own working from the 97% RTP.
Last checked: 13 October 2026, when we worked out the chance of reaching each cash-out target ourselves and checked each remaining number against two or more independent sources.
Aviator FAQs
What is the RTP of Aviator?
97%, which means a 3% house edge.
What is the highest multiplier in Aviator?

Spribe, which launched the game in 2019.
