Is Toncoin now called Gram?
Yes. On 15 June 2026 the TON community renamed Toncoin to Gram and changed its ticker from TON to GRAM, after a community vote that closed on 8 June with 81.22% in favour. Only the name changed: the network is still called TON, and balances and addresses stayed the same, so holders didn’t need to swap or claim anything.
For casino players this means one thing: the cashier may say TON, Toncoin, Gram or GRAM. They are all the same coin. Many review sites still use the old name.
Why pay with TON at a casino?
- Very low fees. After a fee cut on 1 May 2026, a normal TON transfer costs about 0.0004 TON, a tiny fraction of a cent.
- Fast confirmation. Since an upgrade on 9 April 2026, TON transfers are final in about one second. The casino still has to credit deposits and approve withdrawals, which takes longer.
- Built into Telegram. The wallet inside Telegram supports TON, so you can buy and send it without a separate app.
- Fewer casinos take it. Only three casinos we rate are confirmed, against far more for Bitcoin or USDT.
- The price moves. Like any coin except stablecoins, TON can rise or fall while it sits in your casino balance.
How to deposit TON at a casino
- Get some TON. Buy it in the wallet inside Telegram, on an exchange, or in a wallet app such as Tonkeeper.
- Open the casino cashier and pick TON (it may be listed as Gram or GRAM).
- Copy the deposit address and any memo. If the cashier shows a memo, comment or tag, you must add it to your transfer. Casinos that use one shared address need it to know the deposit is yours, and a missing or wrong memo can lose your money.
- Send a small amount first if you haven’t used that casino before, then send the rest once it arrives.
- Check your balance. The transfer itself is final in about a second, but the casino may take a few minutes to credit it.
Can you withdraw winnings in TON?
Sometimes. Our sources confirm TON deposits much more clearly than TON withdrawals, so check the withdrawal page of the cashier before you deposit. If TON isn’t offered for cash-outs, most of these casinos pay out in Bitcoin or USDT instead. Verify your ID early: casinos usually check it before the first withdrawal, whatever coin you use.

TON casinos and Telegram
TON started as a Telegram project. Telegram dropped it in 2020 after a dispute with the US SEC, and the community carried it on. In September 2023 Telegram chose TON for its built-in crypto wallet and Mini Apps, and in May 2026 Telegram took over from the TON Foundation as the main force behind the network.
