Casino Terms Changes: Monthly Report on Bonuses, Wagering and Licences

In October 2026 our weekly checks of the 18 casinos we review found one welcome package that changed (Rolling Slots), one wagering figure that two review sites now give as 60x instead of 30x (YBets), and a breakdown at the Curaçao regulator that stopped its licence seals from working. No regulator took action against any of the 18 casinos or their operators between 9 and 19 October 2026. This page collects what changed each month, with the sources, so you can see which terms moved before you deposit.
Last checked: 19 October 2026, when our weekly casino watch re-read every casino’s licence record in the regulator’s own register and its welcome terms on at least two independent review sites (the same checks also ran on 9 and 12 October 2026). The Curaçao regulator’s notice and the SCCG report were re-read on 24 October 2026.
What changed in casino terms in October 2026?
Two casinos’ terms moved and one regulator changed how licences are shown. We list a change only when two independent sources show it, or the regulator’s own record does. Where sources still disagree, we give the range.
| Casino or regulator | What changed | Before | Now (October 2026) | Sources |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rolling Slots (8.0) | Welcome package, all four deposits | 1st deposit 110% up to €555 + 200 free spins; then 70% up to €700, 60% up to €800, 70% up to €1,000 (about €3,055 in total) | 1st deposit 100% to 110% up to €700 + 250 to 270 free spins; then 70% up to €800, 65% up to €900, 65% up to €1,000 (about €3,400 in total). Wagering still 45x | New version: AskGamblers (bonus list read 19 Oct 2026) and AboutSlots (6 Oct 2026). Old version still shown by Casino.guru |
| YBets (9.8) | Wagering on the welcome bonus, as reported by review sites | CryptoSlate: 30x deposit + bonus (3 Oct 2026) | 60x deposit + bonus in CryptoSlate (13 Oct 2026) and in Bitcoin.com’s reading of the YBets bonus policy, clause 3.12 (12 Oct 2026). AskGamblers still lists 30x | CryptoSlate, Bitcoin.com, AskGamblers |
| Curaçao Gaming Authority (licenses 1win, 1xBet, BitStarz, mBit, iWild, Snatch, Immerion, Need for Spin, Rolling Slots and Wild Tokyo) | Online portal and digital licence seal | A digital CGA seal in casino footers linked to the licence | 7 Oct 2026: the portal “will not be returned to service” and the digital seal is “affected”. Existing licences stay valid. A new way to show that a domain is licensed was promised but was still not published on 19 Oct 2026 | CGA notice, 7 Oct 2026 and SCCG (15 Oct 2026) |
The higher first-deposit cap only matters if you deposit more than €555. Wagering stays at 45x the bonus: with a 110% match on a €100 deposit, that is €4,950 of bets. Our wagering requirement calculator works this out for any offer, and our casino bonus value ranking shows what each first-deposit bonus returns on average after wagering.

How do you check a Curaçao licence now that the seal doesn’t work?
Look the licence up in the regulator’s own register and certificate page instead of clicking the footer seal. The Curaçao Gaming Authority says its portal will not come back, but existing licences “remain valid” (CGA notice, 7 October 2026; SCCG, 15 October 2026). These two records still worked when we used them on 19 October 2026:
- Open the CGA’s licence register page and download the newest register PDF (new files were dated 2, 9 and 14 October 2026).
- Search the PDF for the licence number or the company name in the casino’s footer, for example OGL/2024/587/0621 for 1Win N.V.
- Read the status column. “Indefinite” and “Granted” are normal. About 290 licences show “Assessment in progress”: the register does not say what it means, and it is not the same as “Expired” or “Revoked”.
- Open the CGA certificate page for that licence (for example cert.cga.cw for 1win) and check that the casino’s exact domain is in its list of approved domains.
- If the number, company or domain does not match, treat the licence as unverified.
Licences from Anjouan (FortuneJack, YBets, Casoo, Tsars and BC.Game) are harder to check: the Anjouan register page showed no rows when we tried it in October 2026, so we rely on review sites for those and say so in each review.
Where review sites disagree
Five terms at casinos we review are quoted differently by different review sites, so check them in the casino’s own terms before you deposit. Our reviews give the full range until the sources agree.
| Casino | Term | What the sources say | Range on our page |
|---|---|---|---|
| FortuneJack | Maximum euro withdrawal per transaction | €1,000 (AskGamblers review text, 19 Oct 2026); €2,000 (Bitcoin.com); €5,000 (AskGamblers details table) | €1,000 to €5,000 |
| Tsars | Wagering on the 2nd-deposit bonus | 15x (AskGamblers, 14 Oct 2026); 20x (Wizard of Odds, 18 Oct 2026, and LCB); 25x (Mr Gamble, 5 Aug 2026, and GamblerID) | 15x to 25x |
| BitStarz | Win cap on the no-deposit free spins | €100 (AskGamblers, 16 Oct 2026); €20 (Gambling.com) | €20 to €100, depending on the offer |
| mBit | Fiat (non-crypto) payments | Crypto-only (TheSpike, VIP-Grinders, Casino.org); local fiat methods in some countries (CryptoSlate) | Mostly crypto-only; one source reports local methods |
| Rolling Slots | First-deposit match in the new package | 100% (AskGamblers bonus list); 110% (AboutSlots) | 100% to 110% |
Our bonus terms checker highlights the max bet, win caps and excluded games when you paste in a casino’s bonus terms, which is the quickest way to see the version that applies to you.
What stayed the same
- No regulator actions: between 9 and 19 October 2026 we found no action against any of the 18 casinos or their operators in the records of the Curaçao Gaming Authority, the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority, Sweden’s Spelinspektionen and the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit.
- Our ratings: no score changed because of these findings. See how we rate casinos.
How we track casino terms
Every Monday since 9 October 2026 we re-check every casino in our online casino reviews: the licence in the regulator’s own register, any regulator action, changes of operator, and the welcome offer and wagering on at least two independent review sites. We save a text copy of each review before the check, fix any page where a figure has moved on the same day, and note the date in the review’s “Last checked” line. This report adds up each month’s findings; the October section will also include the check on 26 October 2026.
Casino terms changes FAQs
How often do casino bonus terms change?
Often enough to check before every deposit. In October 2026 our weekly checks of 18 casinos found one new welcome package, a wagering figure that two review sites now give as 60x instead of 30x, and five terms that review sites quote differently.
Which terms matter most when they change?
The wagering multiple and whether it applies to the bonus or to deposit plus bonus, the maximum bet while wagering, any cap on what you can cash out, and withdrawal limits. A change in any of these can cut what a bonus is worth more than a change in the headline percentage.
Is a Curaçao casino licence still valid without the seal?
Yes. The Curaçao Gaming Authority said on 7 October 2026 that closing its portal “does not affect the validity of existing licenses”. Check the licence in the CGA register and on its certificate page instead.
Did the Rolling Slots bonus change in October 2026?
Two review sites updated in October 2026 show a new four-deposit package with a first deposit of up to €700 and about €3,400 in total, at 45x wagering. Some sites still show the older €555 version, so check the cashier for your offer.
