Quick verdict: a “no KYC” crypto casino lets you sign up with just an email, deposit crypto and play without uploading ID first. But none of the casinos we checked promises you’ll never be asked: every one’s terms let it request ID later, usually when you withdraw. The lightest checks are at BitStarz (9.5/10), where crypto withdrawals often go through without ID and there are no withdrawal caps, and mBit (8.8/10), which doesn’t ask by default. Our top pick, 1win (9.9/10), asks for ID once your withdrawals reach about €500 and paid our test crypto withdrawal in 15 minutes. Ybets and Immerion check ID before you can cash out.

What “no KYC” really means
KYC (“know your customer”) is the identity check casinos run by asking for a passport, ID card or proof of address. Traditional casinos do it before your first withdrawal. Many crypto casinos skip it at sign-up and for normal play, because you deposit and withdraw from your own wallet rather than a bank account.
“No KYC” is still a policy, not a guarantee. In practice it means “no ID at sign-up, and checks later if something triggers them”. Some casinos on our list check everyone at the first withdrawal; others only check when an amount or a risk flag is reached. Read the “When you’ll be asked for ID” column above before you deposit a large sum.
What triggers a KYC check?
- Reaching a withdrawal amount. At 1win, for example, the terms ask for ID once your withdrawals reach about €500.
- Your first withdrawal. Ybets and Immerion verify your account before they pay out.
- Anti-money-laundering rules. International standards (FATF Recommendation 22) expect casinos to check customers on transactions of USD/EUR 3,000 or more, and Curaçao’s rules for its licensees start at about €2,000. Anjouan doesn’t publish a player threshold.
- Unusual activity or bonus terms. Large or unusual transactions, or a suspected breach of bonus rules, can lead to a request at any time.
- Playing from a country the casino doesn’t accept. Hiding your location, for example with a VPN, breaks almost every casino’s terms and can get your account closed and winnings withheld. Only play where the casino accepts your country, and check your local laws first.
If you’re asked, expect to send a photo ID, proof of address and sometimes a selfie or payment proof. Late or incomplete verification is one of the most common reasons for delayed payouts in player complaints about these casinos, so if you plan to win big, it can pay to verify early.
Pros and cons of no KYC casinos
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Sign up in a minute with just an email | ID can still be requested, often at the worst moment: a big win |
| Less personal data shared online | Usually licensed in Curaçao or Anjouan, with less player protection than the UK or Malta |
| Fast crypto withdrawals once any checks are done | Withdrawal limits can be low, so big wins may be paid in instalments |
| No bank involved in deposits or withdrawals | Crypto prices move, so your balance’s value can change |
Are no KYC casinos safe?
Pick one with a licence you can look up. Since Curaçao’s new gambling law took effect on 24 December 2024, its licensees must offer a free complaints process and access to an independent dispute service paid for by the operator. That’s still lighter protection than the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority, and regulators elsewhere do act against offshore brands: Sweden, for example, banned the company behind Immerion in January 2025. Our reviews give each casino’s licence number and owner, and our weekly casino checks track changes.
How to stay private and get paid fast
- Use crypto both ways. Deposit and withdraw with the same coin and wallet. USDT on TRC20 is cheap and quick; see our USDT TRC20 casino guide.
- Use your real details anyway. If a casino does ask for ID later, the name on your account has to match.
- Check the limits before you play big. A $500 per-withdrawal or $1,000 a day limit means a large win is paid out over days or weeks.
- Read the bonus terms. Breaking bonus rules is a common reason for ID requests and withheld winnings.
- Double-check wallet addresses and networks. Crypto sent to the wrong address or network usually can’t be recovered. The exchange you cash out through may also run its own checks.
No KYC crypto betting sites
The same rules apply to sports betting. 1win combines its casino with a sportsbook, so you can bet on sport with the same crypto account, and the same ID check applies once your withdrawals reach about €500. For more sportsbooks that take crypto, see our crypto betting sites guide.
Our top no KYC casinos in detail
1. 1win (9.9/10)
1win has a quick sign-up and lets you deposit straight away in USDT, BTC, LTC and other coins. Its terms ask for ID once your withdrawals reach about €500, and documents can be requested at any time. Our crypto withdrawal arrived in 15 minutes. It also has the biggest welcome package on our list: 500% over four deposits. See our 1win withdrawal guide.
2. Ybets (9.8/10)
Ybets only needs an email and password to sign up, without your name or address. But its terms say your account is verified at the first withdrawal, and no cash-outs are processed until that’s done. Withdrawals are capped at $500 each, $2,500 a week and $10,000 a month. Read our Ybets review for its bonus and games.
3. Immerion (9.8/10)
Immerion is aimed at crypto players, but it isn’t a no-ID casino at cash-out: review sites report that withdrawals aren’t processed until your account is fully verified, and the limit is $1,000 a day unless you agree higher limits with a personal manager. Read our Immerion review.
4. BitStarz (9.5/10)
BitStarz signs you up with an email and password. It doesn’t publish an amount that triggers ID checks, and review sites report that crypto withdrawals often go through without any. It has no daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal cap. It holds a Curaçao licence. Read our BitStarz review.
5. FortuneJack (9.3/10)
One of the longest-running crypto casinos, with provably fair games. You sign up with an email and confirm it before withdrawing; ID can be requested in risk checks. After our first withdrawal, Bitcoin payouts were instant in our test. Read our FortuneJack review.
6. mBit (8.8/10)
mBit doesn’t ask for ID by default for crypto play, though it can request it. Withdrawals are limited to 3 BTC a week and 10 BTC a month. Read our mBit review.

No KYC casino FAQs
Do crypto casinos require KYC?
Most don’t ask for ID at sign-up, but their terms let them ask later, usually at withdrawal. Licensed casinos also have to follow anti-money-laundering rules, which expect checks on larger transactions.
Can you withdraw from a crypto casino without KYC?
Sometimes. At BitStarz, crypto withdrawals often go through without checks, and mBit doesn’t ask by default. But Ybets and Immerion verify your account before your first cash-out, so no casino can promise it.
What is the withdrawal limit before KYC?
There is no standard. At 1win, ID is requested once withdrawals reach about €500; at Ybets, at your first withdrawal. BitStarz doesn’t publish an amount.
Are no KYC casinos legal?
The casinos themselves are licensed, usually in Curaçao or Anjouan. Whether you can legally use them depends on the laws where you live, so check before you sign up.
Which no KYC casino pays out fastest?
In our own tests, FortuneJack paid Bitcoin instantly after our first withdrawal, and 1win paid crypto in 15 minutes.
Do I need ID to withdraw crypto?
It depends on the casino. Some check everyone at the first withdrawal, others only above an amount or if a check is triggered. See the “When you’ll be asked for ID” column in our table.
